Despite this, today, more money is put into developing and producing baldness drugs than into malaria.

So true. Gates’s foundation is funding a lot of research that pharmaceutical companies wouldn’t touch with a ten foot pole because there isn’t enough money in it.
Next time I get frustrated with Windows I’ll try to remember that maybe something good came out of it after all
