Do you think this site will help, or just for fun?

Here in the Philippines, a major oil company Petron Company just had another oil spill. It’s really unfortunate.
It happened here in Brazil in 2000 at the Guanabara Bay, which has been suffering extensive damage. Pollution of its waters with sewage and oil spills are outrageous. Look at it:

I’ve been there before 2000 and things were not so bad. I weep over it and over the non-action of my government. What most impressed me was it: “Nothing is growing here, and I can’t imagine anything growing here in a very long time. It’s sad.”
What’s sad is that the effects of an oil spill will linger for years…
@Iris Did you write about this?
Not yet Jan but I plan to. I have to go to the site to interview the victims. Hope to update this platform soon.
