Dear bloggers,
yesterday I have participated in a conference in Brussels on the educational systems in the EU. There was one point that took my attention: the life long learning programme (maybe because I have just finished my studies... and missing the student life...)
Basically, this programme should incentivate the learning, including studies and participation in courses, for the whole life of teh citizens. However, according to the latest statistics, in the EU mainly people that have a middle-high education background decide to continue studying or participatnig ni courses during their life. However, this programme was thought to give a possibility in particular to those that didn't have an opportunity to study during their teenager's period...
So, in your opinion, how could be better developed a similar programme in order to involve more those that should invole? And what do you think of this programme? Is it good in your opinion the idea of life learning programme?
