I'm working in television and we broadcasting info about oil spill in Gulf of Mexico everyday. It's a big disaster, which touches each of us. Greenpeace started a campaign about BP’s invest into the Canadian tar sands, the dirtiest oil there currently is. But now, is asking the public to design a new logo for British Petroleum. They want you to rebrand them. Your brief is to create a logo for BP which shows that the company is not ‘beyond petroleum’ - they’re up to their necks in tar sands. For more information click here.

I have doubt that it will help. It's good idea, but BP is a very very big corporation and with oil you can conquer the world. Oil is the reason for wars. Plastic is made from petroleum. So it's a disaster for us or for them? No oil, no war?
