I am back to study, back to take a deeper look at economical science. So far I am really interested to figure out if IMF and World Bank is destroying our economies or trying to save them is somehow interesting way.

So far economical policy suggested from IMF and other creditors to Latvia (because of that7.5 billion loan we needed..) to cut our budget spending (i pure mathematical method) in all positions we can do to achieve the level of deficit budget we must have. The first were biggest positons - wages and social payments. That decreased internal consumtion and led to dowturn now turning to stagnation in the market... of course there is no inflation too now ..

But we are having unemployment now .. Huge percentage.. State unemployment agency is running some weird projects from economical and market perspective, just to give some money to people for pseido-work they are doing.. with no added value to that, no education, development or even social security.. That money is not enough to pay bills for your flat (even if it is thiny one) ..

In the same time state owned companies that provide gas, warmth and etc. is raising tariffs and working with comperably high profit.. 

There are some questions where I do not find economical understanding.. Maybe it is our mentality - just for me .. just for me ..

If it is just for me .. do we really can think about world which is so far away ... World without water, food, health sevice, education ..?
